Skovdal Kro - Jelling

This hotel is situated across the lake, making it a pleasant and tranquil location. the view of the meadow is also amazing from the rooms. these rooms are cramped and basic. Breakfast is limited, but the morning buffet is nice.

Great location with a serene view of a small lake and close proximity to Jelling monuments. The hotel is situated amidst the forest which added to the natural scenery. Breakfast served had the sense of home and staff were friendly.

The location of this lakeside hotel was absolutely stunning. The views of the lake were amazing and made the whole stay feel very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hiking trails in the forest that were right behind the hotel. It was the perfect way to spend our Christmas. The food in the restaurant was also a highlight of our stay. It was delicious, and we loved sitting by the large windows with our meals while looking out at the peaceful scenery.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and had a few outdated decor elements. It would be nice if they were a bit more spacious and modern.

Liked staying on the outskirts with beautiful views of the lake from our room, which was large and comfortable. the breakfast had good options and quality food. We also loved the hiking trails behind the hotel, it was a great way to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful forest.

Some of the staff could have been friendlier, although they were more welcoming at dinner time.

The location near the lake was pleasant with excellent views. The food in the restaurant was good and the room was clean and functional. Parking right outside the room was convenient. It is well situated, close to Jelling and Legoland. The breakfast had a homey feel.
